For the women who were not able to conceive regularly, the IVF procedure has come as a boon, allowing them to become a mother. Here in this article, we’ll discuss a diet plan which has especially been designed for mothers, which they should follow post the IVF procedure. Morning Diet for IVF

It is normally advised not to skip breakfast, even if you’re not pregnant. So if you’re pregnant, you should make sure that you don’t skip breakfast and eat something wholesome and healthy as a part of your pregnancy diet.

Start your day with an easy meal. For breakfast, you can toast some bread and top it with avocado. You can have oatmeal as well, which has the pregnancy-boosting ability. Have some fresh fruits, low fat or dairy milk and your breakfast are complete.

Mid-Morning IVF Diet Plan

After a few hours of breakfast comes the mid-morning snack. Keep something very light in a mid-morning snack. For the mid-morning snack, you can have a smoothie with berries, spinach, kale, nuts, wheat germ, yogurt, or low-fat milk. They have the required nutrients to aid in IVF success.

Lunch

Your lunch should consist of whole grains, fresh veggies, and lean protein. Make a salad with grains like Fargo, freeze, quinoa, deep green leaf lettuces, kale, or spinach, and sunflower seeds. You can also have a low-mercury fish, grilled chicken, or tofu along with it.

Afternoon snack

This time is perfect for enjoying delicious fruits. Choose any of your favorite fruits and sprinkle them with chia, sesame, or sunflower seeds, or you can also add peanut, almond, or soybean oil for added healthy fats for healthy pregnancy diet.

Dinner

Have a delicious tender meal at dinner. You can begin your dinner with brown rice or any entire wheat grain of your choice.You can top it with roasted vegetables, tahini-lemon sauce, or any other healthy sauce of your choice. Make sure you don’t overeat. Keep your dinner the lightest of all meals.

Take a light walk for 15-20 mins so that the food is digested properly, and you feel light when you go to sleep.

You should not starve yourself or overeat. The idea is to keep eating something within a few hours time intervals so that you do not starve yourself and avoid overeating.
