You can also mix a few drops of eucalyptus oil in hot water and put it in a hot water bottle. Use this to relieve pain and muscle tension after a workout.

Lemongrass Oil

This is another popular and extensively used essential oil in aromatherapy practices. Lemongrass oil has a citrusy but refreshing aroma which helps fight fatigue and relieve anxiety. If you are having a bad day, simply put five drops of lemongrass oil on a diffuser and watch your mood get better. You can also light up a lemongrass-scented candle for similar benefits.

Rosemary Oil

White Jasmine
